Services

We're pleased to offer the following services at North Spokane Veterinary Clinic:

Vaccinations

We provide puppy/kitten vaccinations, as well as reasonably priced adult vaccinations available with annual physical exam, when required. As a reminder for your pets, Washington State law requires a rabies vaccination.

Spay and Neuter

We provide spay & neuter services for puppies and kittens, as well as adult dogs and cats.

Dental Care

We cannot stress enough to our clients the importance of good oral hygiene. This includes mandatory blood-work, due to the involvement of anesthesia.

Radiology

In-house full service x-ray is available for immediate diagnostics.

Dermatology

Complete in-house diagnostics are available for common skin disorders involving bacteria, parasite, or fungus. Outside lab resources are available for complex cases, and also, those where food, chemical, or plant may be involved.

Blood-work

We provide in-house diagnostics utilizing Idexx Catalyst DX Chemistry and Lasercyte CBC analyzers with results in minutes. In addition, we have many blood panels through outside labs of Idexx ( http://www.idexx.com/ ).

Surgery

In addition to spay and neuter surgery, our doctors perform tumor removals, enucleation, amputation, FHO, and exploratory surgeries.

Laser Therapy

Recently developed, low intensity laser, has become available for treatment of a wide variety of medical conditions. Our initial interest was treating arthritic and other joint disorders in geriatric dogs. We decided to use K-Laser, an industry leader and the first therapy laser approved by the FDA for human treatment. Complete information can be found at http://www.k-laserusa.com/. We now offer treatment for both canine and feline chronic pain associated with arthritis in a multitude of treatment packages depending on the extent of affliction. Laser treatment is well documented in accelerating healing by stimulating healthy tissue production. This fact makes it extremely beneficial in reducing healing time for most types of surgery, trauma sites, and skin disorders.

Geriatric/Senior Pet Care

Promoting preventive medicine utilizing blood-work, ECG, x-ray, ultrasound, etc., your pet’s health can be monitored during the senior years and the necessary steps taken to ensure health and extend life. Diagnostic packages for these tests can be discussed with your doctor and the best course of action taken.

Pharmacy

Our in-house pharmacy is stocked with most essential drugs necessary for your pet’s healthcare. We have been systematically pricing medication to that found with on-line pharmacies. In addition, we carry a wide variety of products including nutritional supplements, dental care products, flea & tick prevention products, and many others.

Microchipping

We provide the most affordable microchip available, 911PetChip. Cost is $30.50 with free registration. Learn more at https://www.911petchip.com/
